I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist specialising in emotional healing and trauma. My holistic approach integrates mind, body, and emotion, helping clients address the root causes of suffering rather than just the symptoms. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Sydney and Telehealth sessions worldwide.
I’m a clinical psychotherapist specialising in trauma, attachment, and emotional healing. My work is grounded in the belief that true healing comes from understanding the root causes of our pain, not just managing symptoms. I take a holistic approach, honouring the mind, body, and emotions as deeply interconnected. Together, I explore the patterns and experiences, often shaped in childhood, that continue to influence your life today.
I believe there is wisdom in suffering. As Viktor Frankl reminds us in Man’s Search for Meaning, pain is not seen as something to avoid, but as a doorway to insight, growth, and self-understanding. Healing isn’t only about feeling your emotions, it’s about learning what they’re trying to show you and integrating that insight into your daily life. My intention is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, make sense of your story, and move toward a more authentic, grounded, and meaningful way of being.
Taking the next step:
Healing begins with connection. If you feel ready to take the next step or would like to learn more about how I work, I would be honoured to support you on your path toward healing and growth. You’re welcome to reach out to arrange a session or ask any questions about how therapy might help.
In your first session, we meet as two humans connecting. A space that is safe, confidential, and fully focused on you. We’ll explore your background, your intentions for therapy, and what brought you here. My aim is that you’ll leave the session with meaningful insights and practical takeaways. Little “gold nuggets”, even from the very first meeting.
Each session usually lasts 50 minutes.
Yes! I offer Telehealth sessions that let you engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are secure, confidential, and designed to provide the same supportive, trauma-informed care as in-person meetings.
Psychotherapy sessions can be claimed through most private health insurance plans, depending on your coverage. Please note that these sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
Absolutely. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential, in line with professional ethical standards. The only exceptions are situations required by law or where there is a risk to your safety or the safety of others.
